Timed vinegar dosing
The unit runs on a cycle you set, releasing a measured amount of vinegar into the condensate line at precise intervals. Vinegar’s natural acidity breaks down mold, algae and residue before they build up into a clog.
A made-in-the-USA condensate line sanitizing device and maintenance system. It keeps clogs, buildup and microbial growth out of your drain line, so your AC and cooling equipment run better and last longer.

Once it’s installed, the system takes over and doses the right amount of vinegar on schedule without any further effort from you.

The reservoir holds about a year of vinegar, and the two AA batteries last at least a year. Refill and swap batteries once annually and you’re done.
It attaches to the air handler or a nearby surface with industrial-strength Velcro or screws, and its tubing connects directly into the drain line. Because it isn’t permanently attached, it can be moved aside for service, never interferes with maintenance or warranties, and can move to a new unit if your AC is replaced.
Regular dosing keeps the line free of obstructions, which keeps your system running efficiently and reduces the chance of costly repairs and downtime.
Vinegar is natural and non-toxic. It inhibits mold and microbial growth without adding harsh chemicals to your home, which helps indoor air quality.
Most condensate lines empty outside. Using vinegar instead of harsh anti-bacterial or anti-fungal agents keeps that area safer for pets, children and wildlife.
After setup, maintenance is a few minutes once a year.
Top up the reservoir to the indicated level.
Swap in two fresh AA batteries.
Make sure it’s securely attached and dosing at the interval you set.

Plain white vinegar. It’s natural, non-toxic and effective at preventing mold, algae and bacterial buildup.
About once a year. The reservoir holds roughly a year’s supply, and the two AA batteries last at least a year, so most owners handle both at the same time.
No. Conde-CLEAN mounts beside your equipment with Velcro or screws and isn’t permanently attached to the unit, so it doesn’t interfere with existing maintenance or warranties.
We recommend a professional or knowledgeable installer for the first installation. Older lines often have existing debris and buildup that should be cleared before the system takes over.
Move Conde-CLEAN over to the new unit. It can also be slid aside whenever your AC needs service.
No. It’s used in homes, condos and commercial buildings, and with other cooling equipment that produces condensate.
Start with a free consultation. We’ll assess the condensate issues in your home, condo or business and make sure Conde-CLEAN is the right fit before installation.
Like almost everyone we’ve talked to, we had condensate line clogs at home. They led to float switch failures, backups and serious water damage, and to expensive repair bills.
We knew there had to be a better way than clearing the line with a wet/dry vac or air compressor, using harsh chemicals, or remembering to pour sanitizer down the drain every month as AC contractors recommend.
So we sourced components and tested, modified and refined a device until it worked flawlessly in different applications. Then we applied for a patent and partnered with a local, US-based plastics manufacturer to produce our universal design. That’s how Conde-CLEAN was born.
We’ll look at your AC, cooling or refrigeration setup and tell you honestly whether Conde-CLEAN will solve your condensate problems. Homes, condos and businesses.
